0 - 2 - 4 - 6 - 8

The 2-4-6-8 is a classic diet with extreme measures. This is the new and slightly improved version that is designed for the serious dieters only. This is a twelve day cyclical diet that can be repeated or halted.

0 - 2 - 4 - 6 - 8

The Four Day Fast [a.k.a. “0”]
At the beginning of the cycle, fast for four days, drinking only low calorie caffeinated drinks and water. Be sure to stay hydrated, and exceed no more than half an hour of exercise.

Two for Two [a.k.a. “2”]
For two days, eat fewer than 200 calories total. Exceptions to the rules are caffeinated beverages and juices. Make sure to burn 100 calories through exercise.

Quatre [a.k.a. “4”]
For two days, eat fewer than 400 calories total. Exceptions to the rules are caffeinated beverages and juices. Make sure to burn 200 calories through exercise.

The Number of the Beast [a.k.a. “6”]
For two days, eat fewer than 600 calories total. Exceptions to the rules are caffeinated beverages and juices. Make sure to burn 300 calories through exercise.

Spider Days [a.k.a. “8”]
For two days, eat fewer than 800 calories total. Exceptions to the rules are caffeinated beverages and juices. Make sure to burn 400 calories through exercise.


Remember, you can choose to stay at the 600 or 800 calorie day plan after your twelve days. Make sure to increase your exercise if you do not repeat cycles.
